1. Rates above are charged per night. Lodging tax is applied to all bookings.No other charges will be applied.
2. There is no minimum number of nights for a stay, with the exception of Sundance. During the Sundance festival, there is a minimum stay of 4 nights for the first opening weekend only. Thereafter there is no minimum night’s stay.
3. A payment and cancellation policy applies, as below.
4. At the time of reservation, you will receive a confirmation letter. We will send you further confirmation with details of your studio, directions, check-in procedure etc in a timely manner prior to your arrival.

Payment policy
1. A deposit of one night's stay is due at time of reservation, with the exception of off-season stays, when a deposit of $20 is due on reservation.
2. Remaining payment is due in full on arrival, and will normally be charged to your credit card.
* Sundance reservations are required to pay in full at the time of reservation.
Cancellation policy
1. Cancellations made within 3 days of the reservation will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made after 3 days of reservation, and before the arrival date will forfeit the one night’s deposit. At the owner’s discretion, a refund for the one-night fee may be made if an alternate reservation can be made to cover the cancelled dates.
4. There are no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures. The full amount will be charged.
* There are no refunds for Sundance reservations. At the owner’s discretion a refund may be made if an alternate reservation for the studio can be made to cover the cancelled dates.
Loss or damage
Please note any losses or damages (other than in the normal course of wear and tear) will be charged to the guest. Full details are posted in each studio.
NON SMOKING Please note that all studios are non-smoking. The policy is strictly enforced for the comfort of guests and per fire regulations in the State of Utah. Smoking in the studios will incur a $200 cleaning charge, and will be charged immediately to your credit card.
NO PETS Please note no pets are allowed. Service pets are permitted and welcomed, though the on-site management company may ask for verification. Any damage or urination damage caused by service pets will incur a $200 cleaning charge, and will be charged immediately to your credit card. Pets other than service pets brought into the studios will incur an additional cleaning cost of $50 per studio, with a $200 extra charge for damage incurred by pets. |
